We are proud to announce the immediate availability of our new after-hours support call routing system. Calling in to our office after hours has typically resulted in a voice-mail box, which we would check the next business day. Now, when you call in after hours, you can be transferred to our 24 hour live person answering service. Read on for more info.

We are offering a new service as an enhancement to web hosting. It is domain-level backups. The domain level backups will save a copy of all email, website files, dns settings, and database content. We are strongly recommending this service for all websites that have dynamic or database content. In an automated nightly backup, all your domain information is backed up to an offsite server. Thus, this backup provides the ability to restore your database and webfiles in a matter of minutes. The cost is a nominal monthly amount.

We would like to announce an upgrade to our Email Defense service, which filters all inbound email for both spam and viruses. If you receive a lot of spam, or inappropriate emails are flooding your employees, talk to your tech or call our office to stop them. The optional upgrade includes mail spool, which backs up your email in the event your primary email server has its service interrupted.
