We are excited to announce a new service: Help Desk. We now have staff in our office during business hours here to help with all computer questions and issues. Any employee can call in to our office, and receive immediate assistance. Issues and questions can range from how to use applications (like Outlook and Word for example) to more technical questions like how to setup printers, or create pdf files; virtually any computer related issue can be addressed. Our Help Desk staff can use remote assistance tools to provide support and assistance.

Did you know that a few people are responsible for most of the spam on the internet? Well, they just arrested one of the top spam producers in the world. He is 27 years old, and has made quite a bit of money from his spamming efforts. Full text article explains more.

Well, one of our newsletters would not be complete without mentioning a new Google Service. So, here it is: Street Views. For selected cities, you can zoom down to the street level and explore it in 3D photo images. They basically drove a big truck around snapping 360-degree photos. Check out maps.google.com, and click on the new Street Views button.

The purpose of the Auto Filter menu item is to facilitate filtering data from a data table. This command will create combo boxes that allow the user to specify the filter criteria. Full text for more detail.

We are proud to announce the Referral Partner Program. This new program pays back 5% to you when you refer us to a friend.
