Fast

We always pride ourselves on our fast response times.  We have a bunch of processes in place to help ensure fast response time, and we also manage our staffing levels so that our techs have capacity. 

Well, one Saturday, a prospective client contacted us through our website.  I noticed the email on my Blackberry when I was out in my garage at home.  I mean, it was a Saturday.  Since we all take response time seriously at our firm, I called the prospect from my garage.  When I introduced myself, and told him I was calling in response to his email, he politely told me that he had already spoken with two other employees from our firm, within minutes of submitting the email.  Wow, those guys are fast!  That was on a Saturday, and needless to say, we provide service to that client and have been keeping him satisfied ever since.
