Estimates

As a result of our planning process, we will have a site map that documents the scope of work of your project.  Since we have documented the scope of work, and our engineers have worked with you through all of the details, we know exactly what you want.  That enables us to create an accurate estimate.  We've seen other web development firms provide quotes on projects that aren't fully planned and scoped.  That typically results in problems downstream.  Since our estimates only come after a site map is in place, we totally understand the project and can thus provide accurate estimates.

Often times, our clients will request additional features during the build which we are happy to accommodate.  In almost every project, the scope of work is changed by the client through these additional enhancement requests.  You see, it is almost impossible for any client to perfectly see what is possible until we get into production and have our status meetings.

Our firm primarily works on an hourly basis, and we manage to the original estimate.  Our estimates are deadly accurate, and typically total project costs only exceed the original estimate when our clients ask us to build additional features that were not included in the original estimate.
