Inbox backwards = xobni

If you have a large Outlook inbox and sometimes have trouble finding old email messages, Xobni is for you.

Xobni (xobni.com) is a free Outlook plug-in that does lots of really cool things. Firstly, it lets you locate messages instantly.  Xobni indexes your email, which makes searching for words or phrases inside your email messages lightning fast.  Searching for old messages this way, instead of scrolling and browsing, dramatically improves efficiency. 

Xobni also does a great job of organizing emails, recipients and message threads.  It shows you messages by user, and also shows the user profile and photo if they can be found on various social networking sites like linkedin or facebook. After having Xobni managing my Outlook inbox, I can't imagine doing without it.
