Screenjelly.com offers a free service that records your computer desktop screen and your voice (assuming you have a mic or webcam with audio) and then allows you to share it with your colleague, client or friend.  The service is easy to use, simply click the "record" button.  Once the recording is complete, you can email the link to a friend, or post it to sites like Facebook or Twitter.  Since this is a web service, there is no software to download or install.
