Calling in to our office after hours has typically resulted in a voice-mail box, which we would check the next business day. NEW AFTER HOURS SUPPORT

We are proud to announce the immediate availability of our new after-hours support call routing system.  Calling in to our office after hours has typically resulted in a voice-mail box, which we would check the next business day.  Now, when you call in after hours, you can be transferred to our 24 hour live person answering service.  This human will take your network emergency information and contact information and immediately send a broadcast email to all support techs, which they have access to from their portable Blackberry devices.  Your issue will be handled based on your service plan.

The after-hours service is not intended for billing or other non-emergency questions, as those will continue to be addressed during normal business hours.  However, we are all excited about this new enhancement to our support infrastructure, and it allows us to improve our support responsiveness.
