Secure File Exchange

For those of you that have been looking for a secure way to share files to your clients through the internet, we have recently partnered with and resell LeapFile, a secure file exchange service. Their secure service enables you to set up a secure folder for each of your customers or clients. In addition, your clients or customers can send you large files securely without needing to remember a username and password to login. More detail in the full text version.

Our Secure File Exchange solution is very flexible and secure, and complies with the requirements of corporate and government regulatory standards such as HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and Gramm-Leach Bliley.  Since this is a paid service built for business, it is not subject to the advertising and risks of free consumer focused solutions.  It integrates easily into existing websites or can function as a standalone web portal. 

Our service enables you to send one-time files to your clients and customers securely without using email attachments.  This is a perfect way to provide large or confidential files to your customers without attaching the files to an email.  In addition, your clients can send large or confidential files to you or your staff securely, without logging in to a portal.  You can also set up many client portals, one for each client, so that their documents are retained in perpetuity for download.  As an alternative to sending files through the web portal, you can use the Windows application to transfer files.  Lastly, we can brand your portal to show your logo and color theme when your clients login.
