Our firm provides computer consulting services through three departments: Tech Support, Web and Application Development and Training. Each department has its own dedicated employees and its own processes and systems in place to enable each consultant to provide outstanding service.  Our clients love that they can choose to use services from any or all of our departments.  Our clients know all technology issues can be solved by a single provider.
 

Tech Support: Our Tech Support department provides computer related support through onsite visits and remote support technology. Our team can act as your outsourced IT Department or can compliment your existing IT staff.

Our team can handle all of your company's computer related issues, including network support, help desk, server support, remote access, servers, Exchange servers, Blackberry servers, backup, email defense and more.  Our goal is to keep your computers up and running so that your employees are up and running as well.  If you've been looking for a responsive tech support company we'd love to speak with you.

Web and Application Development: Our Development department builds websites, web applications, intranets, extranets, client portals, interactive sites, ecommerce sites, CMS sites, open source web applications, databases, Excel spreadsheets, Access databases, SQL servers, application integration, shopping carts and more.

Training: Our training department provides training on a wide range of technology topics, including Excel, Access, small office networking, email security, remote access, firewalls, server configurations and more.

We provide training in various formats: onsite, offsite and remote.  Onsite training is provided in your conference room or training center.  Offsite training is provided in California through CalCPA, and in other states through other state CPA societies.  Remote training is provided nationwide through our one-on-one remote screen sharing technology.  In addition to the fee-based options above, we provide free training through our online information center, articles, slide shows and videos.
