Evaluations

Here at our firm, we take client satisfaction seriously. In fact, we take it so seriously that our tech's pay rates are based on their evaluation scores.

After a site visit, a simple 5 question survey is emailed to you asking you to rate the performance of the tech and our firm. The scale is from 1 to 5, where 1 is great and 5 is bad.  When you submit the survey, the results go directly to the management team.  This sets up a direct communication link between you and management.  If we ever receive anything other than a 1 or a 2, you'll receive a phone call from management within minutes.

We really want to know if you are ever unsatisfied because we will do everything in our power to make you happy again. Our technicians try hard to give amazing service, and are personally incentivized to provide great support since their paychecks are based on their eval scores over the past year.

In fact, last year 99% of all eval questions were answered with either a score of 1 or 2.  Again, we do everything we can to keep you happy.
